    keto and no shotgun

    I was wondering if you are on a keto diet is it alright to take NO shotgun while on it?

    Look up the nutritional info for that product which is likely just caffeine, some sort of creatine ester (which won't do anything on Keto), and purposeless pump. If it has any sugar or carbs, replace it with a cup of black coffee.
