    Need Help with eating? Diet?

    I would like to be on a 3500 calorie diet but I dont have much of an appitite. 7 months ago I was 145 and 3 months ago I was 173 and now I am in between 170-175 but would like to be 185-190. I am starting a cycle soon but want my diet in check first. Is there anything I can take to help increase my apitite or any suggestions? Thanks

    There are already 2 other recent threads about this exact topic. Did you try searching?

    My honest answer? Man up and eat that food! It'll feel forced for a few weeks, but in no time your stomach will grow to accommodate the extra food. Eventually you'll be getting hungry right around meal time again.

    You can do this gradually though. Depending on how many calories you need to 'make up', do 1/4th for a week, then 1/2, and so on until you reach 3500, or whatever your goal number. This way you'll be priming your body for more food vs. stuffing it all at once and risking overflow (bodyfat storage).
