    Ok so I'm confused about fats...

    What are good fats to eat and what are bad?

    Keep in mind saturated fats are not necessarily bad for you. Processed saturated fats are. An example would be milk. Whole milk is commonly thought of as high in saturated fat & something to be avoided. That's true of processed (pasteurized) milk. However raw whole milk with the same saturated fat content is good for you. It's the processing of foods that makes the fats toxic. PB is another good example. If you can, buy natural or organic.
    A lot of natural foods are rapidly becoming more available as demand increases.
    Stay clear of the trans fats & you'll be a lot farther ahead in terms of diet.
