I think you shouldn't even be breathing the letters HGH or thinking about any other compound. At 35% bodyfat, you seriously need to get your diet and training in check. Nothing you take will do squat for you if those aren't tight.

Good luck losing your bodyfat then. At 35% bodyfat, bulking shouldn't even be in your vocabulary. You should be focused 100% on stripping bodyfat by dieting, doing a ton of cardio and proper training.

HGH isn't going to do anything significant in terms of bodyfat when you're 35% and maintain a poor diet. Trust me, it's expensive and you'll be wasting your money.

Why not think about what foods you like and work out a fat burning diet that incorporates smaller portion sizes of delicious foods. Do you have any friends who are chefs? Dieting doesn't have to necessarily be an unpleasant things if you structure your own diet according to your personal preferences. You should look at examples of fat burning diets and make creative substitutions so that every meal is one that you would find enjoyable

    thanks for your replys
i have a problem with dieting i have try it all my life, i do really well for about 2 weeks and just end up giving in. like i said i do eat good stuff i wont eat ready made shit i only eat what comes from the ground or that use to graze in a field BUT i eat big meals thats the problem and if i eat small i start to crave real bad and end up eating any thing to get rid of the craving.
if i bulk some more i would be happy and after i have finished bulking i will start to work on a fat burning plan still eating what i eat but really get my ass in gear on the cardio

i belive it is true that hgh will improve my body internally and externally if used right. IS THIS TRUE???

Stay away from the HGH, at least until you get diet and training in check. No sense building on an extra floor to the house if the foundation isn't strong enough to hold it up.

As for dieting, quit looking at it as such. Just proper placement of your macros and adjusting over all calories along with cardio and you will lose bf without feeling like your dieting. Most of my competitors I train never feel hungry or unsatisfied until we get to 3-4 weeks out from their shows.

I'm talking about your diet and training. Don't ever rely on growth or AS over diet. You will benefit so much more from it if you can get yourself a bit leaner first and than perhaps get on it than. HGH can be beneficial but too many think it's the Holy Grail when in reality the bang for the buck isn't worth it.

I'm not trying to sound like a dick, but it seems like you're going to keep asking basically the same questions until somebody tells you want you want to hear. "Yea bro, start HGH ASAP - you're gonna increase LBM immediately and the bodyfat is gonna just melt away even if you eat anything and everything you want!".

Sorry, but if you're not willing to commit to changing your diet and working toward your goals, you're in the wrong section. MANY of us here including myself were fat slobs (i was 255lbs @ 5'11 2 years ago) and with the help of the good people on these boards, were able to transform ourselves for the most part. There's no reason you can't do the same.

You cant look at it as a "diet" you need to look at it as permanently changing how you eat. Dieting doesnt work, but eat right does. You cant eat good for a few months then go back to eating shit, it doesnt work like that. Lifestyle changes...i took my awhile to realize that, but when I did, I finally lost the 90lb i needed.

Couldn't have said it better myself. You have to change your habits, this is not a quick fix. Dieting for a few months and going back to crappy eating will only result in messing with your metabolism in a bad way, and you'll most likely wind up fatter in the long run.

Bro, that's a crap diet you posted. I'm at work now, but when I get home tonight i'll post a great article/guideline for you to follow and construct a good diet.

PS - 1000 calorie/day diet? You're gonna starve yourself and slow your metabolism to a crawl. What I post up later will help you sort that all out though, hang tight!
