I've been using "Carbo Hit" for my p/wo shake this last week and i was just wondering if anyone else had tried it/ or any other kind of post workout replacement. It looked harmless, i just want to make sure im not missing out on my window by not using plain Dextrose/Maltodextrin. The labels for most of these products just read "100% pure complex carbohydrates". It turns out that one serving of Carbo Hit is 52 gms of pure maltodextrin...does this mean i need to add Dextrose seperately?
