    eat more when using gear??

    hi, i no all the bulking diet basics as a natural but i am beginning my first cycle in a few months and was wondering if the bulking diet changes when using gear? i would imagine all the extra potential for additional muscle mass would need to be compensated for by eating extra carbs , protiens, fats and generally an increase in calories so that your body has the tools to pack on that extra mass.

    could some 1 please clear this up for me.

    You're correct.

    I just wouldn't go overboard on the cals from the get go, to avoid packing on fat as well.

    In your experience, what would be a good time to start upping the cals with something like test e? I would think around the third or fourth week, before the test has kicked in full gear, but still giving it some time to build up blood levels.

    Just slowly increase the cals...notice fat gian, cut back. But over all just eat...get the size on. Worry about dieting when you hit the size you wanna be at. This whole get big while staying lean thing is crazy.

    ok thanx, is there a ball park figure i should aim for like say 1000 cals above maintenance or do you simply listen to your body. for example eat more if you are still hungry?
