Loving the site......So here it is.....Im 32 male...325lbs 6'4...i have hypothyroidism...no problems on going to the gym 5-6 times a week....my food intake is pretty good now...If anyone could give me a hand in creating a better diet plan...im kinda winging and would really appericate any help...also where i have hypothroidism i read that HGH could help me where its that much harder for me to loose...True?....Thx
