Why is fish so important?
1)Is fish more important than chicken breast? I mean....I don't have fish in my diet right now....So why is fish so important?
2) I really don't like to eat eggs as much.....can you recommend me something else to include in my diet?
Right now I eat a lot, of rice, pasta chicken breast, potatoes and steak, cheez and some oatmeal in the morning with nitro tech....
I'm trying to put some weight on...I haven't put a pound in a month
Best Regards,

Post Your diet here.
1. Other than the nutrients and healthy fats that fish supplies, it is just below eggs on the bioavailability scale. So you absorb almost all of what you eat. Fish also gets digested very quickly so when eaten with a quick digesting carbohydrate the nutrients are pushed into your body very quickly.
2. Ok instead of eggs try fish...
put all of your meals up and someone will be by to critique.
