Ie. Chicken breast. Is that a 3oz breast or 3lbs?
You are cutting at 170lbs? Why?
You bones and organs at 6 foot weigh 160lbs.
Are you a marathon runner? Maybe another story. In which case, you wouldn't be trying to go keto. Lemme guess...you read carbs make you fat?

Well at 180 I looked decent, but my gut is fat. I have abs up-top but bottom is like a beer gut. Its kind of depressing so I was thinking cut the gut away and lean bulk? Or am I doing it wrong?
