Need to lose 10 pounds in a week

I have a bjj tournament coming up next sunday. I'm going to be fighting in the heavy division which is 207.5 with your gi on. Right now I just weighed in at 213. I want to lose 10 pounds to cover myself for my weight with the gi on. I basically signed up on short notice and havent been dieting or really doing cardio like i should, so basically i need a quick way to make weight.. i have until next sunday. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

maybe water weight could drop ten pounds but you will lose some endurance by dehydrating, stamina can be lowered and overall performance could be reduced. never starve yourself or do extreme shit. it is possible though. ever heard of sauna suits? well in prison we made our own. cut out neck and arm holes in a black garbage bag and wear it under your sweater and the same for your legs. like i said though this is only water weight and may not work for you, there are others here with better tips but i would be that most will say not to do it.

I just happened to start reading up on diuretic pills. Many claim that you can lose up to 10lbs of water in a few days. Most of it being sub-q water. Usually used pre-contest for bodybuilding shows. From what I understand the herbal formulas that are out there are pretty strong. Also, supposedly they will help maintain electrolyte balance. If they do what they say, and expel mainly sub-q water. That would be best. You want to keep as much cellular fluid as possible. It's proven that dehydrated muscle decrease in performance. Some of the products I read up on were taraxatone, Xpel, and Aqualyze. Never tried any of this stuff my self and have no first hand experience.
