3rd day on diet (very upset)

This is my 3rd diet in my bulk diet, you can follow the link to it.

    Building muscle mass with food

I'm facing big problems eating this much food every three hours. I'm always full and very lazy because of the food.

Do you think this will happen at the beginning only ? if i continue on my diet will this stomach upset go away ?

Your stomach will adjust to accommodate the increase in food within a few weeks. Just keep eating, fight through the discomfort and you'll probably be getting hungry again in a few weeks.

What was your caloric intake per day prior to starting this diet?

White rice isn't a simple carb and no need to question me bro -
