    Protien Bars

I'm comming off of a bulking cycle and doing PCT right now and trying to dial in my diet for cutting. I've got the diet just about where i want it the only problem is I'm having trouble finding the time to eat at work. I use to eat protien bars religiously but tried to get away from that and eat a little more natural. Right now I've considered using Clif Builders natural organic protien bars (270 cals 20 g protien 31 g carbs 8fat, 4g fiber.) This and about 2 oz of raw almonds. Anyone else eat these or have a better suggestion for someone on a tight schedule that has to eat fast?

Builder Bars are great. I keep them on hand in case I miss a meal or don't have time to prepare food. It's best to avoid bars when you can, but I've found these to work best for me.

I always say it's better to eat a bar then nothing at all. That said, I agree with the above - real food whenever possible. Find a way!
