    Pre/post workout shakes

    I need prepackaged stuff so i use myoplex for post w/o & nothing for pre. Is there a formula for how much carbs/ protien etc required per pound for post/pre w/o?
    Any suggestions?

    No formula, it's more about fitting it all into your daily allotment.

    Having said that, I see most people doing 2 scoops of protein (usually 50g protein) and around the same in carbs.
