Excellent week, but traveling next week...

I have had a great first week with the finely tuned diet by gbrice (thanks man!) Going to use some self control over the weekend and not destroy it.

I will be traveling overseas next week and read some posts about diet while traveling. Obviously I am not going to hit the macros, but have read chicken breasts, lean steak and veggies will get me through the week.

Question: I already know I can bring protein powder and was wondering how many more per day I can add to help with the deficit. Also, should I be mixing these with lowfat milk or just water?

    Thanks in advance..

    Hey bro,

In cases like this I'd say rely on powder as much as you need to in order to keep protein up. Obviously eat real food whenever possible, but powder is definitely better then nothing at all. Just do your best!

I'd go with water, but more importantly if you're cutting. Milk has a bloating effect for alot of people though. If it doesn't bother you, go for it.
