    droppin some fat

    been dieting and so forth. then started up test e 300 mg a week, tren a 525 per week, and just added clen in the mix last week (2 weeks on 2 off). I plan on running tren for 8 weeks total then switching to 500 mg a week of masteron p. Here is a pic 4 weeks deep into cycle at 230.8 am empty I cant wait to see what 210 looks like because bf is high atm.

    diet is looking like this (low very low cals but not losing too fast)

    Here is an example day I had from myfitnesspal.
    2300 cals a day give or take
    fat 52g
    carbs 215
    protein 202
    fiber 39!!! dont do that again lol.

    meals consist of Salmon, lots of brown rice and oats, carbmaster yogurts, shakes, sweet potatos, rice cakes, steak (sirloin), chicken,

    I was doing low carb before going on cycle and my cravings were crazy and when I cheated I went all the way, I feel like the cravings/cheating caused me to f it up. this is the best approach to me

    you can see pics and cycle info over if pic forum. Please let me know if these macros seem ok to drop fat and keep muscle. I love carbs and they dont seem to be hurting me at the moment and just give fule to my workouts. All comments welcome

    A few things bother me.... your diet needs to be in line BEFORE you even think about gear.

    BUT, the main reason I am concerned is that 500+mg of Tren (and I've never seen it run at a HIGHER dose than Test) is a shit ton for most pros, let alone a newb. 5 weeks, should also be your max. It's one of the more dangerous drugs out there....do your friggn homework.

    Im no expert but what works for me is lowering the carb intake a bit and raising the protein to around 250-300 g a day. everyone is different you have to play with it and see what works for you.

    I know plenty on here that have dabbled with 700 mg a week. I have done my hw sir... Not my first go around by no means. You need to do your background before flaming someone who is very educated in the area to say the least. Or say it in a more constructive way vs bashing. May do that on other boards but its not cool here

    I feel the same about tren as deca it doen't have to be ran lower than the test dose as long as there's enough test in the mix to compensate for being shut down. I also agree that 23 is young to cycle and especially to mess with compounds as suppressive as Tren. As for your diet you really didn't give us a clue to how your eating or when you're eating. So i can't say how your diet looks without a meal breakdown

    Thanks man for the cordial response. I do agree low test and a high dose of test isnt a fun thing. I'm running just enough to keep my little guy working lol and also to avoid bloat.
