hello, need good advice on cutting diet
hello, well im really here for some good help in diet since i completely suck at dieting, ive read a lot about diet and when i mean a lot i mean it, but everytime i go from bulking to cutting i loss too much weight and precious muscle, i need someone to help me build a solid diet so i can follow it step by step and also so i can learn hopefully a little more, please dont flame me but i bust my ass on the gym to maintain my muscle but when i cut i lost too much of it, thanks for any help. stats: 5'9 165pds( i used to weight 170-172pds but caught a disease a while back and it drew me back a little)( when i starded lifting i weighted 145pds just to point that out also been lifting for a year maybe a little more) am still in pretty good shape even though i lost some weight my bloated look is gone and i look a little more toned so i want to go to cutting also my bf is around 13-14%. thanks
