From what I've read of Dave Palumbo's cutting diet, many people have said that this is not a ketogenic diet, as keto diets are higher in fat. If I choose to run this diet, will I still enter ketosis? Or am I better off going with a CKD keto? I imagine both diets work really well, but I want to enter ketosis to see how my body reacts.
Also, Dave suggests not using stimulants while on this diet. I was planning on adding ECA. Would this really be a bad idea, and why?
