What am i doing wrong?

I have a clean restrictive diet and on an average day i consume around 3500kcals, 250g protein, 400g carbs and 100g fat.

I've stuck and have been stuck at 80/81kgs and don't seem to be able to push past it.

What am I doing wrong and what can I do to get heavier. I'm not cycling and haven't to date.

I have gained 10kgs of lean mass over the last 14/15 months naturally. ANy advice would be great.

The simple solution without knowing more about your diet is you need to eat more.

typical diet is:

7:00am 3eggs, 3 egg whites, 3 slices wholemeal toast.
9:30am Oatmeal with 300mls whole milk, piece of fruite.
12:30pm 2 chicken breast with veggies and 100g of wholemeal pasta or rice.
3:00pm 1 tin of tuna with 2 slices of wholemeal bread.
5:00pm Sci-MX Lean Grow MRF shake pre-workout.
8:00pm Sci-MX Lean Grow MRF shake and banana post-workout.
10:00pm 2 chicken breast and veggies and 500mls of whole milk before bed.

I take multi-vits with iron, OM3 & OM6 and green tea in the morning and herbal test booster pills before bed.

I train 7 days a week but only do 45/60mins a day on weights and kickboxing and mma training twice (90 min sessions) a week as my cardio. I've cut my cardio right down so no more running at all and i used to be a runner until I started bulking.

my training at the moment is:

monday: kickboxing
tuesday: chest & abs
wedn: Legs
Thurs: shoulders & abs
friday: MMA
Sat: Back & abs
Sun: Bi's and tri's.

If its a case of eatting more for getting more kcals, could you give me some ideas on what i can eat to up it? Also will my current diet/training allow me to grow on a cycle?

Thanks in advance guys.

You gonna need to get more specific with posting your diet. Get your macros and post them for each meal and for the total day. It not hard. go to a site like thedailyburn.com or something and enter in all your foods and it will kick back all your macros for each meal and the day. Trust me... Just do this and you will get all the help you need. Don't do it and you will be just as lost in a month as you are now.
Don't take this the wrong way.... but your diet needs a TON of help Bro.

Are you doing P90X? (The avy and screen name) If so... your doing much more cardio than you listed. ??

i used to do p90x i did 2 rounds and gained with it. i don't do it any more, just a fan of it and tony horton lol. i only lift in the gym now heavy weights 6-8 reps type of stuff and like i said my only cardio now is my fighting.

when you say my diet needs a ton of work, can you explain what you mean? i'm meeting my values and its clean and i'm eating every 2-3 hours. i've got loads of animal sourced protein going in and lots of complex carbs. I don't have a degree in nutristion but ive read a lot of books on it. appologise if there seems to be a tone in my writing, it's not meant that way, i'm just trying to understand what could be wrong with my diet. how should a diet look for bulking?

Hey that's cool. I'm a TH fan as well. That Bro knows is Stuff! I still do rounds of the P90X & the P90X+ & the TH1on1's. LOL Yeah I guess you could say I'm an old fan. LOL
Yeah maybe a TON of work was a bit harsh. Sorry about that. I do def like that your diet shows you did some research and you have a knowledge base about what your doing. But. It is just Loaded with sugar (fruit, bread, milk) and you don't tell us how much of the oatmeal, chicken, veggies your eating so all we know is that your eating it. It could be Way to little or even to much. One last thing... 400g of carbs AND 100g of fat. Holy !@#$# dude![/
first6, thanks for the dailyburn.com link, awesome site! Glad you liked it. Punch your foods in there when you get a few minutes and get back to us with the macros. Then you will get all the help you need. Although from this point I won't be of much help. I probably know enough to help you out but I get real nervous at telling others what to eat since I don't even have my own body completely in check yet. Lot's of guys here will help you though.
We need specifics on the diet, or we can't tell you much. Every meal with macros and weights of food. (you can't figure out the correct macro if you don't know this)

You are eating a ton of carbs and I am not seeing where the complex one are coming from in the amounts you claim.

Also when you are not kickboxing, mma etc what do you do? Do you have a desk job, or a job that requires a lot of energy?

Just need more details in general.

Definitely, I love these kind! I'm ready to pounce as soon as more info (macros) is posted! JK about the pouncing but seriously - the diet needs a TON of work. I do not see the 'loads' of animal protein in this diet like you claim. No worries, get the macros up and we will get you sorted out.
