Any diet pop is terrible poison IMO .
Do you see any side effects from regular pop ? Beside weight gain and diabetes .
Just as anti-freeze smells sweet .
Diet pop has sodium and chemicals I can't pronounce or spell .
People have all sorts of adverse reactions from certain diet chemicals .

I agree, id avoid em like like the plague. I stick to water and crystal light.

Agreed. They is nothing beneficial about them.
But one once in a while to keep your sanity won't kill you or your gains.
How frequently are you having them?

Make that one coke a week your reward after a week of staying on your diet....

It would be interesting to know exact how bad it is because on the tin of a coke zero it says it has nothing in it complete zero...I have a coke zero now and again and I stay in ketosis but the taste is sooooooooooo nice when your diet is so clean..doesnt seem to do me any harm

dave palumbo said that at times he drank almost a gallon of diet/zero coke or soda when in ketosis, hes said numerous times that it has no significant bearing on health and its completely carb free so no calories.

I drink a can/day of diet root beer. In moderation I don't think you need to worry. Water and crystal light gets old fast.

I personally can't drink any current diet pop . If I drink more than a 20 oz I have a reaction . I like the taste NP.
I wake up with a cold sore or a stye in my eye . If I was to drink a big gulp I end up with blinding headache .
I remember my grand parents using saccharin in tea as a child and was awesome .

It's been baffling me for some time now too, I mean zero calories, fizzy and sweet ? Never really drunk fizzy pop but now the alcohol has gone I'm looking for interesting alternatives and this can't be too bad in moderation

before I say anything, so as not to appear hypocritical, I do cheat from time to time. I do like diet coke with my jack.
anyways, anytime you can't pronounce one of the ingredients, it's probably not a good idea to put that into your body. I try to stay as whole and natural as I can. But I do drink diet tonic water.
