Hey guys,
I am 23 years old, been training for 3 years, i am 6"2 187 Lbs, BMI=23 ( according to online calculators ). I have a great routine, however my diet is crap. My caloric maintenance is 2900 or so ( again according to online calculators ) and i am trying to find a good 3500c or so bulk diet. I know all diets are circumstantial, and work differently for everyone, but could you post what has worked for you? I really need help in this area, and any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
