okay so im a senior in college and am sooo sick of the cafeteria food i decided to start purchasing and making my own food. i read a book called better then steroids and there 12 week eating plans zig zag diet, keto run, supercompensation, and modified carb drop. i posted up the diet for the first 4 weeks and i didnt get a lot of feedback but there was supposedly a lot of stuff wrong with it. im trying to run a 12 week natty diet to gain some scale weight then cycle after and im not gettin much input or help...
