    What do you think.... Good/Bad

Lean mass/cutting diet. Some may say that my weight is not much for my height but the truth is I store fat easily so I have to stay on a cleaner diet. Most macros came from calorie king and nutrition data.

    Meals times on a Mon-tues: 1-9:45, 2-1:00, 3-3:30, 4-6:30, 5-8:30, 6-10:00, 7-12:00

    Meal times on a wens-fri: 1-7:00, 2-10:00, 3-1:00, 4-3:30, 5-5:45, 6-8:00, 7-8:45, 8-12:00

    age-24
    hight-6'2"
    weight-155-160
    bf- unsure

Mon-tues, sat-cardio in morning wens-fri, sun- lifting days

    Protein/carbs/fat

    Meal 1
    6 egg whites 1egg
    ½ cup oatmeal
    1 scoop WPI
    P-55.4/C-32.2/F-9.1

    Meal 2
    6oz chicken
    1 sweet potato
    ½ cup broccoli
    P-40/C-32/F-0

    Meal 3
    1 can of tuna
    ¾ cup black beans
    P-45/C-22/F-4

    Meal 4
    1 ½ cups ground turkey 99%lean
    P-55/C-0/F-3

    Meal 5
    3oz chicken
    1 small sweet potato
1 scoop Xpand ( only on lifting days)
    P-20/C-21/F-0

    Meal 6
2 scoops WPI in water (only on lifting days)
    P-48/C-6/F-2

    Meal 7
    ¼ cup oatmeal
    3oz chicken
    ½ cup green beans
    P-21.5/C-18/F-1.5

    Meal 8
    1 ½ scoops casein
Sometimes a teaspoon of natty PB (p3/c2/f6)
    P-36/C-4.5/F-1.5

    P-320.9 C-135.7 F-21.1 Calories-2087

This a general idea, sometimes I will switch the black beans and sweet potatoes around or add a ½ cup of brown rice (once a week) in place. I will also once a week have 6oz of salmon or 6oz top sirloin in place of one of the proteins.

So it looks like I’m getting 2g of protein to every pound, is this a bad thing and what does unused protein turn into? I think I could probably add a bit more fat to my diet as I do have the occasional ½ avocado with my chicken. I want to mainly eat my carbs and fat in the beginning of the day but I hear its better to separate fats and carbs?

Any critics to my diet are welcome!!

Definitely gear it more towards a lean bulk diet rather then a cutting diet. Granted we don't have pics, but I can't imagine you needing to cut much of anything at 6'2 160lbs - you must be VERY skinny

    Meals times on a Mon-tues: 1-9:45, 2-1:00, 3-3:30, 4-6:30, 5-8:30, 6-10:00, 7-12:00

    1 scoop WPI
    P-55.4/C-32.2/F-9.1

Love this meal! Looks similar to mine. I'd add another whole egg though, and maybe make oats 1 cup

    Meal 2
    6oz chicken
    1 sweet potato
    ½ cup broccoli
    P-40/C-32/F-0

    Excellent

    Meal 3
    1 can of tuna
    ¾ cup black beans
    P-45/C-22/F-4

    Meal 4
    1 ½ cups ground turkey 99%lean
    P-55/C-0/F-3

Let's get either some carbs or fat in this meal - i'd opt for carbs as it's still early in the day. veggies?

    Meal 5
    3oz chicken
    1 small sweet potato
1 scoop Xpand ( only on lifting days)
    P-20/C-21/F-0

Preworkout meal? More chicken here, and I would eat double the amount of sweet potato

    Meal 6
2 scoops WPI in water (only on lifting days)
    P-48/C-6/F-2

Add 1 cup of oats into the shake, or some other carb (I love oats cause they're quick and easy, and a great source)

    Meal 7
    ¼ cup oatmeal
    3oz chicken
    ½ cup green beans
    P-21.5/C-18/F-1.5

    More protein, 1/2 cup oats

    Meal 8
    1 ½ scoops casein
Sometimes a teaspoon of natty PB (p3/c2/f6)
    P-36/C-4.5/F-1.5

    Sounds good

Your diet is pretty decent actually, just too low in calories IMO. You HAVE to need more then 2000 calories bro, at your height and weight. I would start with at LEAST 2500. I like to separate carb/fat meals, carb meals earlier in the day (but pre and PWO for sure), fat meals later in the day (a couple of whole eggs in the am won't kill you though). 2g protein/lb of LBM is good - don't worry about excess protein. The chances of it being stored as fat is very unlikely.

Suggestions above in bold. Get those calories up!

Im going to work on the diet a bit, I just feel so full threw out the day from eating so much. My job does not really provide much use of energy so its only being used most of the time at the gym.

Oh ok, I know your pics! Didn't realize it by the name. Definitely go the lean bulk route!

I just throw them into the shake raw... shake, sip, chew, repeat. I actually enjoy it! Alot of people here do the same.
