Definitely gear it more towards a lean bulk diet rather then a cutting diet. Granted we don't have pics, but I can't imagine you needing to cut much of anything at 6'2 160lbs - you must be VERY skinny

Protein/carbs/fat
Meal 1
6 egg whites 1egg
½ cup oatmeal
1 scoop WPI

Love this meal! Looks similar to mine. I'd add another whole egg though, and maybe make oats 1 cup
Meal 2
6oz chicken
1 sweet potato
½ cup broccoli
P-40/C-32/F-0
Excellent
Meal 3
1 can of tuna
¾ cup black beans
P-45/C-22/F-4
Meal 4
1 ½ cups ground turkey 99%lean
P-55/C-0/F-3
Let's get either some carbs or fat in this meal - i'd opt for carbs as it's still early in the day. veggies?
Meal 5
3oz chicken
1 small sweet potato
1 scoop Xpand ( only on lifting days)
P-20/C-21/F-0
Preworkout meal? More chicken here, and I would eat double the amount of sweet potato
Meal 6
2 scoops WPI in water (only on lifting days)
P-48/C-6/F-2
Add 1 cup of oats into the shake, or some other carb (I love oats cause they're quick and easy, and a great source)
Meal 7
¼ cup oatmeal
3oz chicken
½ cup green beans
P-21.5/C-18/F-1.5
More protein, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 8
1 ½ scoops casein
Sometimes a teaspoon of natty PB (p3/c2/f6)
P-36/C-4.5/F-1.5
Sounds good

This a general idea, sometimes I will switch the black beans and sweet potatoes around or add a ½ cup of brown rice (once a week) in place. I will also once a week have 6oz of salmon or 6oz top sirloin in place of one of the proteins.
So it looks like I’m getting 2g of protein to every pound, is this a bad thing and what does unused protein turn into? I think I could probably add a bit more fat to my diet as I do have the occasional ½ avocado with my chicken. I want to mainly eat my carbs and fat in the beginning of the day but I hear its better to separate fats and carbs?
Any critics to my diet are welcome!!
