Is it really that tough? Not flaming you, just saying. You want foods that contain none or as few carbs as possible, simple enough. Meats, eggs, fish, nuts, etc.

You wont get very far. The best thing you can do for yourself is go shopping and read labels. Meat, cheese, avacados and nuts. When you read labels and do your own homework you retain more knowledge about what you are doing.

yea when i looked in my fridge all i found was diet and low fat stuff, which contains alot of carbs for some reason... what you want is WHole fat for toppings with no carbs,

some 65fat/35 pro foods are, cheese, sausage , eggs,

yes and like the others say.. read labels twice over.. and dont think that giving up one carb here and there is acceptable because they add up so ****ing fast.

PS - if that's you in your avy, I don't know why in the world you'd want to run a keto diet anyway...

IMO, people who have a significant amount of bodyfat to lose do best on keto diets. You're already pretty lean from what I can tell, and I think a lean/clean bulk would do much more for your physique. I'm not saying a keto diet won't work for you, but you may want to consider other options. What are your current stats, and what are your goals?

81kg is about 180lbs right? I would stick with a more conventional diet, eat at maintenance and rely on cardio to create a small deficit. In doing so, you should be able to drop bodyfat while maintaining LBM.
