Okay so my new cutting diet is a 55/30/15 split. W/o days it will be 2000 cal, off days are 1800 cal. Does this look good?
Protein will probably be too high with that split. You can definitely up carbs to AT LEAST 35, i'd go with 40. Keep fats at 15.
Okay thanks gb but with this split it is still less than 2g protein per lb of lbm
It would be 250g protein, 100g carb, 38g fat on off days, 275g protein, 150g carb, 38g fat on w/o days
I'm also basing this diet off the how to cut thread I just lowers the protein because it is for a 200lb person with 15% bf
My weekends really killing me. I haven't done any cardio this weekend and diet was trash to me. I'm gonna change the calories up for just a cut because its to Hard to cut fat and build at the same time (should have listend to twist in the beginning) so its going to be roughly 2000 cal w/o day and less on off days I just need help with the split

I'll post update pictures in probley 2 weeks this is my first week of the new proposed cut diet of 2000 cal its been at 250g p, 200g carb, and 33g fat. But Halloween candy has been killing me.... and I never have a erge for candy.

Dude your pics are over a month old, man up. I was trying to look through everything and see your height, I couldn't find it. I want to see that workout as well. I like your base, but think you should be making some incredible gains every month.

Okay, I trust you, that's disappointing to hear, cause you have been dialing things in so well and working so hard. If you post in two weeks and there is no change from the original pics, we are going to change everything you are doing. Your first pics showed a good starting point, you should have been able to make noticable progess already.
Update for Thursday. I did 30 min of cardio and my diet was all on track.
Update for Friday. My phone died and my alarm didn't go off so no cardio yet I might do it pwo but I'm not sure because after my w/o I'm pretty much done.

Update after lift. Lift went really good I thought it would be bad because my knees and legs have been sore from the heavy weight,also forgot today was a late night lift day beca7se my partner had to work so I didn't get cardio in today but sat and sun I will do 60 min, and I may do some extra sessions if I'm not busy, but everything went good diet has been 100% I'm working on pictures and I will post up my current diet guys

Okay cardio today went good but my legs were so sore I only did 45 min. I did 20 on the bike and then I did a ab circuit then did 25 min on the olyptical. I sweated my ass off on the olyptical. So I know it was good

Okay it is time for a fresh start. I need to for get the past. I just weighted myself and I weighted 201.8!. How? Idk, I had a bad 2 weeks and it must have been that, So i freaked out and just ate anything(pizza, donut, spagetti,candy, bad stuff!!). im done with all of that i need to be serious, and im going to no more of this im gonna restart after i mess up, there are no more mess ups.
