Flaxseed Oil
Hey everybody,
I'm on a cutting diet at the moment and i'm been taking one tablespoon of flaxseed oil every day with my night-time casein shake and i see in the cutting sample diet that it says to have two a day, is this ideal?
I weigh 192 pounds and i've read that it's a good idea to have one tablespoon per 100 pounds of body weight.
Help would be appreciated thanks.

Tough to say without seeing your complete diet, macros, etc.
But there are much better EFA sources for BBs.
Fish oil and nut sources come to mind.

My macros for each day with a PWO shake is:
Total Fat 57.1g
Total Protein 242.9g
Total Carb. 169.9g
without a workout:
Total Fat 55.1g
Total Protein 194.9g
Total Carb. 88.3g
i use to take fish oil capsules but i read because flaxseed oil is such a good source of omega-3 and omega-6 that it was great to take instead. What do you suggest i eat or take instead of the flax?

Understood. Would an unsalted mix of nuts be fine to eat? Or should i only stick to certain types of nuts?

If i took the reccomended dose of fish capsules and 1/4 cup of walnuts would that be sufficient?
