Hey everybody,
I'm on a cutting diet at the moment and i'm been taking one tablespoon of flaxseed oil every day with my night-time casein shake and i see in the cutting sample diet that it says to have two a day, is this ideal?
I weigh 192 pounds and i've read that it's a good idea to have one tablespoon per 100 pounds of body weight.
Help would be appreciated thanks.
