Digestive System Health?
Hey guys,
Since I am eating such high amounts of food every day and it will stay like this for some really long time, I wanted to make sure that my digestive system is healthy. So, I wanted to ask for advice on what are some of the best practices as far as supplements and vitamins that keep the digestive system healthy and efficient in absorbing all the nutrients. Also, what are some of the best cleansers out there?

cleansers:
very cheap - go to walmart, get their sugar free psyllium husk fiber
cleans you out very well withing 24 hours.
take 1 heaping table spoon a day
you can thank me later

It can be taken to the tune of 1 teaspoon with a meal daily as a fiber supplement and that dose can be taken 365 days per year. A cleanser/laxative dose is 3-5 teaspoons daily (make sure to drink lots of water) and I'd only implement that dose for a few days to kick-start a new diet or as needed once or twice a week.

Every day. I have been taking for almost two years now, and will probably never stop. I was a beiliever almost right away. Movements are very clean and remain intact. Barely need any TP. Probably the best digestive health I've ever had.
Since I've started, everyone in my house has become a believer 'cept my young daughter (12). Everything is gross to her.
Cost is $8 for 2.3 lbs. Should last you at least a few months. you can find either at walmart or costco. I purchase the sugarfree orange flavor.
btw... I take one slightly rounded one half tablespoon and put in a cup of water in a shaker cup. shake for a few seconds, unscrew the lid, and down the hatch!!!Last edited by Times Roman; 10-08-2010 at 05:04 PM.

I take a total probiotic and totaly enzyme I got from my Chiropractor as well. Eat, Poop, Grow!!!...or is that Eat, Grow, Poop???

Make kefir from raw milk, take daily.
Add another Multi strain specific probiotic take daily.
Eat fruit vege and avoid processed packaged rubbish.
Glutamine is also very good.
