    Guys,

What are the most accurate ways of estimating the Body Fat %.

    What, where and how much?

    Thank you.

You can estimate by posting a pic here.

Calipers by someone who is trained is quite accurate.

Dexa scans are most accurate: check your local universities/ hospitals.

D7 - is the Dexa scan the one that's done in a water tank? I've heard those are most accurate.

Hydro test. Basically you get dunked in water and your volume is compared to your mass to find density. Calipers a definite close 2nd like D7 says if the person measuring know what they're doing and measures the skin folds correctly. Electrical impedence tests are less reliable but more convienient. Simply measures your bodys resistance to electrical current and puts it in an algorithm with your stats

^^ This is what I was referring to. I also heard they're very expensive, unfortunately.

Don't be shy, Uber, Post those pics, I promise you we'll be honest, more accurate, and less expensive than your other options.
