    Carb load mid week

Ok in a nutshell... I'm doing a 12 week pre contest diet, carbs are starting off around 200 - 250g on workout days. Now should I have a midweek carb load of around 400g , then back to normal. If anyone here has done somthing similer how did it turn out? Cheers

What are your stats? Age, weight, height, current body fat percentage, natural or on AAS? Are you just starting out or do you have less than 12-weeks left?

Without knowing the above, I can't say for certain but provided you're getting plenty of protein and you're not a massive guy, I think 200-250g carbs is plenty, no need for a weekly carb-up.

    Age: 21
    weight: 210lbs
    hight: 6ft
    bf: 17%
    test e 400mg a week (4 weeks in)
    training for 4 years

just finished a lean bulk diet consisting of

Whetehr 12 weeks is gonna be enough is debatable but I think you would only be sabotaging yourself with a carb-up.
