Curb cravings?
How do you guys curb cravings for carbs? I have found that the most powerful addiction I experience is cravings for foods. When I'm working out hard I'm also very hungry so the cravings intensify. Chromium has helped me in the past and I tried Hoodia but it gave me headaches so I stopped it immediately. It's not always sugar items I crave either. Sometimes I crave taquitos or Chipotle burritos. When I experience these cravings its hard for me to eat clean foods because they don't satisfy me and I'll usually end up eating more but I'll still be hungry for the food I have on my mind.

Coffee, seems to work for me. Caffiene, and ephedrine suppress my appetite. not sure if it works for everyone but worth a try

Caffeine, ephedrine, water, multivitamin (sounds like you may be deficient somewhere) and psyllium husks

I tried caffeine and ephedrine before and I had extreme heart pain so I stopped immediately. Caffeine alone makes me jitter. I didn't drink soda when I was younger so I'm not used to it.
