Okay, so maybe I missed this somewhere. But, in regards to whether or not carbs or fat work better for your body (to bring up the calories), how do you guys suggest I go about "testing" what is better?
Reminder : I'm 5'10", ~203lbs, ~20% BF (haven't checked recently). I've been trying to get upto about 3000-3500 calories, though the last few days haven't been great.
Anyway, would be interested in knowing if I'd do better with carbs or fats.
