Im 17 180 on a good day im looking to know if my diet could use any improvement im not looking to cut more looking bulk.
Breakfast-8 servings of oatmeal and 1 small spoon of peanutbutter
1 hour after breakfast-half a whey protein shake and a banana
lunch-12 oz sirloin steak one large bked potato and a canof spinach or aspiragus
2 hours later- 4 helpings of oatmeal
dinner- 3/4 of a box of pasta
2 hours after dinner-3 cans of tuna fish
before bed- 6 helpings of oatmeal occasionally some peanut butter or a whey protein shake either or
and i usually wake up 5 hours later in the middle of the night and eat 4 more helpings of oatmeal and 2 bananas
