It is ok as a cheat meal. This is my opinion on crappy quality food. You can eat it sparringly without worrying about health too much, but don't expect to get ANY nutrients out of it. For example say it has 35g protein, 60g carbs, and 100g fat. Don't count it in your diet like you got 35g protein, 60g carbs, and 100g fat. Purely speculation and theory (but based on real world experience from me and my clients), but count it more like this: 5g protein, 3g good carbs, 100g fat. That is about the breakdown I would expect for fast food.
