Milk is not the kinda carb you want in the morning,
    flax oil
    fish oil
how much of each? personally i'd scratch this and just do a quick shot of whey isololate when i first wake up
    4 0z chicken
    2 cups lettuce
    light dressing
what kind of dressing? what kind of lettuce. Would be ok if its spring mix, fresh spinach or romaine. No iceburg
    6 oz tilapia
    green vegetable
is this suppose to be a keto diet? I'm not seing carbs here. Even on a cut you still need to fuel your glycogen stores unless you're doing a keto diet which i'm not a fan of

    1 cup nonfat yogurt
    banana
    half cup oats
    2 scoops soy protein
Soy wouldn't be my choice of protien. its an incomplete protien. the banana isn't needed here adds to much simple carbs if this is a cutting diet

    also taking cytolean v2
    What is cytolean? OTC thermogenic?

Where is your post work out meal? Pre work out meal?
interval jogging/ walking a three mile route
interval training is good. what time of day. best in the early am

Even if this is a cutting diet you still wanna eat every 3 hours. U need to be looking at 6 meals a day. Also you don't have a BMR or a TDEE? Or stats Height? Weight? Bodyfat? Age? Goals? And no macro's each meal should be followed with macro's (calories/protien/carbs/fat) for each meal and totals for the day. Eating often encourages your body to burn more calories. When you wait more than 3-4 hours to eat your body goes into conservation mode and lowers your metabolism. Also i don't see a slow diegesting protien before bed. But then again i also don't see times of day on these meals. A good cutting diet doesn't need to rely on shakes. If i were to guess i'd say the calorie deficite for you with this diet is pretty high. That means when you hit a point where you stop loosing wieght you'll be starving yourself to loose any more. Its always good to keep the deficit low to start so you have room to adjust without going so low you're catabolic all the time. First find out what your BMR is then your TDEE then take a look at some other cutting diets here. Try to rewrite your diet to be about 300-500 calories under your TDEE to start , then we'll help you fine tune

once you get your TDEE (Total daily energy expediture) that will tell you basicly what your "break even" point is with calories per day then you can rewrite your diet accordingly to be just a little under that. Use the search button and take a look at my cutting diet if you'd like for an example
