How about 2 whole, 4-6 white. Oats instead of the bread, berries instead of the banana (but banana is ok if you like it)
meal 2 - 12:30 - tun of tuna with big bowlfull of past with small amount of mayo and sweetcorn. (40g protein)
Pasta isn't the greatest carb choice, but if you do it make sure it's whole grain pasta of good quality, preferably not made with flour (such as food for life's products). Drop the mayo and sweetcorn
meal 3 - 3:00 - half a turkey leg or chicken breast with brown rice or noodles and apple. (40g protein)
Turkey leg = dark/higher fat meat. Chicken breast = white lean meat. Stick with the chicken breast. Brown rice is in, noodles are out. No need for the apple here
meal 4 - 5:30 - 50g gold whey optinum nutrition protein powder blended with oats (post workout). (50g protein)
WORKOUT - 6:30
meal 5 - 8:00 - iso 2 nutrition gainer shake with protein bar (65g protein)
Drop the gainer and go with straight whey, or 50/50 whey/casein. Add 1/2 cup oats
meal 6 - 9:00 - jacket potatoe with chicken breast or turkey leg (35-40g protein)
If you want to do carbs here, make this a sweet potato. Again, chicken breast over turkey leg. I'd do lean beef here personally though
10:00 bed
Maybe add a casein shake or some cottage cheese before bed
