    EFAs....udo's oil

essential fatty acids - omega 3s, omega 6s.

any comments/experience with udo's oil? is it a good quality source for omegas?
the positive i see with it is that it's only 20 calories, and it has a balanced blend of all the omegas so it could easily fit into a cutting diet.

i recently realized im probably not getting enough EPA and DHA (omega 3s)currently i get my ALA from walnuts. i'm thinking about adding omega milk or eggs to my diet to get the EPA and DHA but this means a increase in calories in my diet compared to the udo's oil?

    advice?

Udo's oil is great stuff. I would start with just the Omega 3 first and then after a few months switch to the blend.

i was looking at the ingredients in udo's oil....flax is the first, which is high in ALA only and lacking EPA and DHA. does udo's oil blend even contain EPA and DHA? anybody know?

Actually i just checked their website and im not seeing the one i used to use. Just stick to straight fish oil. A lot of people have a hard time converting the ala to epa/dha. Carlsons is a good brand for straight fish oil.
