I have never ordered bars on line just purchased at local gas station anyway I received a email flyer from where i get my supplements and they have bars on sale what is a good high protein bar or best breakfast bar for the emergency.

I like pure protein. (chocolate and smores) Very very low sugar, very low fat, good mix of carbs and protein. Taste like candy. Taste so good I use one for a "cheat" now and then! no kidding.

I was just thinking about buying some bars yesterday but had no clue what are the good ones these days. Keep posting the best options!

Those pure protein sound pretty good.

I would like some with some peanut butter mixed in somehow.

Metrx has awesome peanutbutter pretzel but imho stay away from the bars just have a shake with some oats if your in a jam.
