Nutrient timing and relationship?
Hey guys, I need some good read or info on nutirtion.
Specifically I am curious about how certain carborhydrates are related to protein abosrobtion? The types of carbohydrates and protein benefits depending on the type. Why do I need carbs to utilize protein etc.
Any link, or explanation will be appreciated.
