I am currently trying to cut fat. I know i should eliminate as much oil as i should but at times it is needed a little.
I know olive oil is the best for you and is what i should use but I absolutely HATE it. I hate olives and i hate olive oil. It ruins my food. On the other hand vegetable and canola oil makes my food taste better.
So if i need to use an oil to cook with. What are my other options?
