6:00am 25 g whey Protein from syntha 6 (protein/carb/calorie) 25/0/150
7:30am 2 whole eggs 4 egg whites 1/2 cup oats 8 oz orange or grape juice 35p/60c/600calories
10:00 am Turkey sandwhich on wheat bread banana scoop of syntha 6 50p/60c/600calories
11:30am workout
12:45pm 50g syntha 6 serving cell tech until i run out then going to buy waxy maize
2:30pm 8oz chicken breast 1/2 cup brown rice 40p/35c/400calories
5:30pm pack of tuna with wheat bread 25gp/40gc/350 calories
8:00pm 8oz chicken breast and a salad with extra virgin olive oil and a little ranch lol 40p/10c/450calories
10:30 scoop of casein and serving cottage cheese 40p/15c/450calories
TOTAL 305protien/290carbs/3200 calories
PLEASE GIVE ALL ADVICE !!
