So I have stalked this site for quite some time and am a beginner so I had not had much to contribute. But I have made a food log/calculator for myself and wanted to share it back.
All you do is add the foods you eat too the Food Data Table. There are some there to look at (Stuff I eat).
Once you do that. Go to the tab that says the week. click the drop down. your food will now be in that list.
Click the food you ate. Enter servings. The program with then put in all your MACROS
Protein/Carbs/Fats/Sugars/Calories
Then it totals them up for the day for you.
Copy the "BLANK" tab for each new week and rename it. You will understand once you see it.
