straight after school - 50g wpi and 50g dextrose

workout 1 hour after school finishes

straight after workout - 50g wpi and 100g dextrose

dinner - stir fry vegies and lean meat (250g) on rice/pasta/noodles,

before bed - 50g wpi and 50g dextrose

im not looking for the perfect diet, just one that works relatively well and not to bothered about gaining fat. its easy to have these foods prepared.

would this diet need any simple changes?

what is the height/weight and age of the school age boy. First problem I see is the 50 grams of protein and 37 grams of protein etc... only 20 - 30 grams of protein can be absorbed by the body at any one setting, it also depends on the source of the protein as to the type of protein and if it is even of a quality that your body can even use. A detailed explanation of the workout program and specific goals would be helpful as well.

i dont want an intense diet, and you can absorb more than 20-30g.... read all the diet threads lol and secrets of the pros, which is on here.

he is 6ft 2in and weighs around 95kg..... just turned 16, benching 110kg

the protien is from nz (best quality) all other protien is from lean meats??? except up and go...... is that what you mean bro?

    Complete and utterly bullshit.
So if I only eat 4 meals a day, I can only utilize 80-120g protein?

C'mon dude, stop sounding like my gym teacher.

Put together total macronutrients: Pro, fat and carbs aswell as kcal, and maybe you'll see more help!
