Some recommendations
So I have started to use the diet from steroid .com and to do cardio, 'cause I have about 11% BF right now, and I want to get down to about 7-5%.
Can you guys recommmend me some suplements for burning fat. I'm a lil bit scared to lose muscle.
I'm about 155lbs now.

Ok, So I have searched a lot on this forum, and I found this:
"220-age * .7 = target heart rate. Don't cross it and you'll be good to go, no muscle loss." a great tip when doing cardio.....thx guys

Cardio + weights + proper diet = results. No supplements needed. If you need a 'placebo' effect, try an ECA stack.
