I was wondering if anyone has an alternative protein source compatible with tuna? I'm looking for something just as convenient, with rougly the same macros. Tuna (in a can) is very expensive where I live, and I eat A LOT of it! I was thinking biltong (jerky), but I know that it's high in sodium and not sure how to calculate the macros in it, and I'm also on keto, so I don't know how the added spices are going to affect my ketosis state.
Any suggestions?
