Alright so i saw a dietist nutritionist to help me with my diet and like explain me what i can take to eat, give me idea and well everything but his diet seemed i don't know maybe it could be better, I told him i wanna cut for now and like bulk later, he like mixed both but well i'll let you guys check this and give me some opinion and what i could do.
The diet for a day is around:
4100 cals / 238 prots / 578 carbs / 97 lipids
23% prots
56% carbs
21% lipids
it's around that and by meal it's:
first when waking up (7h00 am):
895 cals / 28 prots / 108 carbs / 39 lipids
another one at 9h00-10h00am:
446 cals / 14 prots / 72 carbs / 11 lipids
dinner at 12h00pm:
723 cals / 56 prots / 82 carbs / 19 lipids
another one at 14h00pm:
363 cals / 9 prots / 75 carbs / 3 lipids
then the final one at like 18h00-19h00:
932 cals / 91 prots / 97 carbs / 20 lipids
I also got one less then 30 mins after training:
781 cals / 40 prots / 144 carbs / 5 lipids
So atm i'm 5'10, around 175lbs, 14% bodyfat
I wanna go at 5'10, 190lbs, 8% bodyfat
so is that a good diet, what change could i put, give me your opinions.
