Diet and cycle info
So here is what I’m runnin as well as diet..first I’ll start with diet.
On my Legs and Back Day (CARB DAY)
Meal 1: 2 cups dry oats/ 2 scoop whey/ 6 egg whites
Meal 2: One chicken breast/ 2 cups brown rice/ 100% brown mustard
Meal 3: One chicken breast/ 1 large yam/ 100% brown mustard
Meal 4: one can tuna/ 2 scoops whey protein
Meal 5: 1 pound lean beef
GYM then 2 scoops whey after
Meal 6: 8-10oz lean steak and two cups broccoli
On my low carb days, Chest, Arms, Shoulders
Meal 1: 2 cups dry oats/ 2 scoop whey/ 6 egg whites

Meal 3: 1 chicken breast/ 1 large yam/ 100% brown mustard
Meal 4: One can tuna 2 scoop whey protein
Meal 5: 1 pound lean beef
GYM then 2 scoop whey
Meal 6: 8-10oz of lean steak and two cups broccoli
ON CYCLE
Wk 1-10 600mg’s of test prop
Wk 3-10 400 mg’s of tren ace
Wk 1-10 25mcg T3 at bedtime
Wk 1-8 Var 100mg’s ED
Wk 3-PCT Aromisin EOD
Wk 1-10 ECA Stack
PCTWeeks 1-4- 40 mg Nolva per day
Weeks 1-4 100mg Clomiphene per day
Weeks 1-5 1mg Anastrozole per day
Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG
Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG
Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG
I’m around 235 now with about 7% BF…25yrs old…6’3”.
Cycle exp: HGH, IFG, TREN, TEST, DECA , EQ,CLEN , VAR

Not quite sure what ur asking abou the HCG
Week 1-8 test p
Week 1-8 anavar
Week 1-7 Tren a
Week 1-8 HCG
Week 1-8 Aromasin to Adex
Dose it how u want, i shoot HCG EOD at 200IU but 250 twice a week should be ok, running ot on cycle will help your PCT
PCT would start after 4 days and run for 5 weeks IMO
Nolva at 20mg
Clomid at 50mg or Tore at 60mg
Both for 5 weeks
Most of the guidance im giving you is based on Swiftos PCT theorys that i stand by and practice myself
Is this a cutting or bulking cycle? Im guessing cutting, if so i think its a waste of gear TBH unless ur preping for a show.
Use that gear to grow
Either way i would concentrate on having carb in each meal
On a second look the diet does need work, there are too many incomplete meals and a bit too much whey, i missed the high carb low carb deal...
Defo looks like ur cuttin now, IMO a waste of gear, the gear is for u to grow, why waste all tht gear just to loose BF
