    There are already sample diets all over this section... hundreds of them. Find one you like - and if you're not looking to count calories right now, then you're not looking to commit to this.

    Post what you are currently eating and we'll show you ways to clean up your diet. You probably already know some things you are doing wrong, the simplest way to "clean up" your diet is to stop unhealthy eating habits and replace them with healthy ones. The simple answers are "yes" you will still eat 5 - 6 meals a day, the eca stack depends on your personal goals bodyfat percentage and energy levels.

    It is a lot more likely to accomplish something that you make measurably specific, "I want to lose 10 lbs of fat in the next 30 days" as opposed to "I want to tone down a bit"

    What are some of your bad habits or guilty pleasure foods/drinks? How much water do you consume daily?

    What are your stats, ht/wt/bf/age?

    If I wasn't ready to commit, I wouldn't be posting in the Diet section. Sure, there's sample diets, for bulking, and cutting, but I just want to make sure that I'm headed the right direction. If you don't have anything to contribute to the thread, please don't post.

    You want us to tell you if you're headed in the right direction, yet you haven't told us a single thing about your diet.

    Good luck brotha, I wish you a million dollars a minute - you won't be around here for very long with that attitude. Forgive my directness, but I can promise you that nobody is going to write you any kind of sample diet. We don't get paid to sit here and do this all day. You do the leg work, and we're willing to help you make it great.

    Now, if you want to move past this elementary BS pissing contest and get something productive out of your thread, please post up your current diet along with stats and i'd be more then happy to look it over and critique, and i'm sure others will too.
