    Drinking liquid egg whites...

So I have been following my cutting diet to a T, which being that I am ovo vegetarian (soon to be pescatarian), I have been eating a crap ton of egg whites. Which at times gets hard to consume.....Anyway... I was reading that you can just drink these things down like a shake. (at least on the bottle it says this) Did some poking in my research databases and couldn't come up with anything about the bioavailability of liquid egg whites vs cooked. I can remember my nutrition teacher back in the day in college saying the egg had to be cooked to denature the protein so it can be absorbed by the body.....Any thoughts?

If one is able to get the protein from just downing the stuff I think I might just starting tippin the carton!

I too have been drinking them from the carton. but in the past i would put hard boiled egg whites in the blender with milk water or whatever. maybe a little stinky but i could drink them right down in a fraction of the time it took to eat them.
