    I remember reading a post about nutritionist's and how worthless they are... Any comments?

    It's been said here many times. It's not that nutritionists are worthless... the feeling is that GENERALLY speaking, they are clueless when it comes to the nutritional needs of a body builder, which are much different from that of the average joe. This holds true for most doctors as well.
