Be realistic, and reality is that only .00001% of the population will be able to look like that guy. Reality also is that if you went from 130-160 in the past 4-5 months you are not gaining another 25-30lbs anytime soon. (I would love to hear how you gained that much weight in that amount of time BTW with hardly ant fat)

If you are really 12% you should have a 6 pack flat stomach right now, and at that number I don't see why you want to be "cutting" anyway.

Are you sure about that? I always thought the abs really come out for most people at 10%.

Abs typically become visible around 15%, prominent at 12%, and poppin (assuming they're somewhat developed) at 10%.

Exactly, even around 16-17% you can see abs. You get to 12% and you are pretty ripped in the midsection, 10% or less and they are definable and there will be just skin and hardly any fat down there like that guy in the OP's pic.

A lot of people underestimate their bodyfat by a good 3-4% IMO and don't realize just how lean someone around 12% is.

    Good goals to have TinyGuy....

I've never been that lean to say from personal experience (although still striving for it myself) but from the research studies that I have read about bulking (gaining mass) a typical person gains aproximately 2/3 fat - 1/3 mass while he gains weight. However the studies show that a lean person under 10% bf will reverse that and gain 2/3 mass. So I would think bulking/cutting cycles between 7-10% bf would produce optimal results. These studies were not based on AAS so I don't know how there implemantation may or may not change the results.

Just as a point of reference, i'm about 15% in my avy - top 4 abs are fairly visible, bottom 2 are non-existent. That just happens to be the way I store fat. Sorry the pic sucks however.

You look good bro', I wish I look like that,my abs are still underdeveloped, so you know I need lowe BF in order to see them well, but from next week I will start to work them 3 times a week, and to do cardio once a week half an hour

Cardio once a week? Surely that's a typo! You mean once a day, right?

PS - thanks for the kind words bro.

You still want to keep bodyfat in check, don't you? Honestly if you really meant to only do it once a week, I don't even see the point in that. Just take a rest day or whatever, give your body a complete break.

LoL they're small bro, like 16 inches. =(

    Hello All,

i am absolutely new to this forum, even a bit ignorant how to actually use it. So please excuse me incase I do something wrong.

I am 5 feet 10.5 inches. I use to weight 95 kgs at 35 % bf. I started workingout 16 months back. Slowly and surely I have reached 80 kgs at 20 % BF. I went down to 75 kgs at 17.5 % bf, but then gained some weight back.

Now I wanna start back in full swing. I wanna reach 10 % BF and aim at being 74 kgs, which means I need to lose 10 Kg fat and gain 4 kg muscle mass.

I maintain my diet to a level where I am 500 Kcal deficit for 6 days. Eating 200 gms protein though right sources. 150 gms Carbs and 40 gms Fats equally divided in 6 meals.

I wanna go on cycle. Pills preferably coz I am ''needlephobic''

Could some1 help me with diet and cycle info. I am absolutely clueless which ones to take and google has confused me all d way more.

I am too uneducated to be on this forum or can I really get some help. I am willing to do anything, ANYTHING to get down to the level I mentioned. PLEASE HELP !!!

Cardio is a necessary evil. Suck it up or stay fat and don't complain about it.

Definitely bro, any growth is good. If you grow an inch in a year I think that's great. A little advice - you want big arms? Focus on and grow your tri's. Biceps are always the focus because everybody wants those peaks like Arnold, but well developed massive triceps are what really gives the arm it's thickness. Obviously keep working bi's, but IMO tri's are what make big arms. My .02

Yeah I know that the triceps give that illusion of an big arm. Well I guess I should grow more then an inch a year....since I have so small arms.
