What weight gainer to use?

Hey bro's,
what weight gainer do yall use? does it work? I have a hard time putting on weight, will these shakes help me out or am I wasting money?

Make sure you get one with a low sat fat content and the protein is from good sourses (whey, caseinate.....) As for the carbs that is up to what your body can handle. I can't really help you on this because I put on weight very quickly so I don't need them. The only gainer I use is N large squared. This isn't as high as those 2000 cal drinks they have, it has almost 700 cals per serving and is the best IMO.

n large 2 is the only one IMO to use.most atse like shit and this choclate is great.wildberry was too sweet for my liking, but chocolate is tastilicious!!!

I have tried the choc and vanilla and love them both. I have never tried the berry because I hear everyone complain about it.

I'm for N Large 2 from Prolab as well!! And I too would go for the chocolate. Tried vanilla once but it taste like shite IMO.

The best weight gainer on the market today, is the same that was on the market 30 years ago........FOOD. No shake or powder or what not can out beat the real deal. Just my .02!

BTW, just tried the new strawberry NLarge2, nothing to right home about, stick with the choc and van.

I prefere the chocolate over the vanilla. The vanilla seems chalky.

Choc is the best hands down, but with the van you can add 1 Tbsp of fatfree sugarfree pudding mix and get some really good flavors for only an extra 6g of carbs, and they are mainly maltodex anyway. Pistachio is my personal favorite.
